Schedule a Phone Consultation
During the initial consultation call, I will present the sleep plan to you. On this call, we will talk about the sleep plan, future accountability calls and what you can expect from the program.

Questionnaires
& Logs
Once enrolled in the program, you will be asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your lifestyle, stress, eating habits, activity levels, and much more. These data will help me create your customized sleep plan.

8 Weeks of Accountability & Support
We will schedule weekly accountability sessions where I will hold you accountable and, answer any questions. Additionally, I will add new habits and strategies to help you continually move closer to your sleep goals.
