Intake Questionnaire
Once enrolled in the program, you will be asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your lifestyle, stress, eating habits, activity levels, and much more. This data will help me understand your life and sleep.

6 Weeks of Accountability & Support
We will schedule weekly accountability sessions, during which I will educate you, hold you accountable, and answer any questions. Additionally, I will introduce new habits and strategies to help you continually move closer to your sleep goals.
