How it works

Complete the
6 week Program
Choose to complete the 6-week program through either one-on-one sessions or a group format. Both options include the same education, tools, and strategies, and are designed to help you achieve the same outcome: better, more consistent sleep.
Step 2:
Schedule a
Booking Call
Next, choose a time for your call. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s been going on with your sleep, what it could look like to work together, and answer any questions you have.
Step 4:
Maintain Your Sleep for the Long Term
After the program ends, you’ll continue applying the strategies in daily life. You’ll also have access to email support for 6 months if questions come up along the way.
